Fresh fermented kimchi in a slightly spicy kimchi broth, packed full of veggies & oysters
Second course:
Terras Gauda O'Rosal (white blend)
Arroz con Pollo
Spanish rice topped w/ fresh grilled chicken & finished off w/ a red chili pepper cream sauce
Third course:
Quinta Sardonia Sardon (Tempranillo)
Chorizo Stew
Thick & hearty, full of vegetables, beans, potatoes & chorizo is a spicy tomato broth. Served w/ a toasted bread slice
Fourth course:
Quinta Sardonia Q (red blend)
Shrimp Fideuá
Valencian style Fideuá noodles cooked in a rich, slightly spicy broth. Chock full of vegetables, spices, herbs & shrimp.
Fifth course:
Vall LLach Embruix (red blend)
Red Velvet cake
Dark chocolate red velvet layered w/ a rich cream cheese buttercream & topped w/ chocolate covered raspberries

Cork & Ale is a place to commemorate historical Waxhaw while looking ahead to its vibrant future. Located across from Waxhaw's historic bridge and train tracks, our interesting history does not stop at our doorstep, as we are in the first building to serve alcohol in Waxhaw.
Come see us and you'll find an extensive collection of hand-selected fine wines by the glass and bottle, a craft beer bottle-shop and taproom, and delicious dishes, from small plates to entrées. We take pride in treating every guest as a valued member of our family.
