1st. course

Shredded Brussel Sprout Salad:

Shredded, raw Brussel sprouts w/ pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, pickled red onions, and bleu cheese, tossed in a poppyseed dressing.

2nd. course

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup:

Roasted butternut squash soup w/ a pomegranate & cream swirl. Finished off w/ a goat cheese crumble.

3rd. course 

Poached Pear Flatbread: 

A sauce made w/ freshly poached minced pears, topped w/ crispy prosciutto and fresh arugula.

Lamb Roast served aside Whipped Mashed Potatoes: 

Lamb that’s been slow roasted in a mushroom gravy, served aside a whipped rosemary mash.

5th. course

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin w/ Corn Casserole: 

Apple, cranberry, and walnut stuffed pork tenderloin. Served w/ a creamy corn casserole.

6th. course

Decadent Dark Chocolate Cake w/ a Cherry Glaze and Almond Cream:

Rich, dark chocolate cake w/ a fresh cherry glaze and whipped almond cream.

Get to Know Us

Cork & Ale is a place to commemorate historical Waxhaw while looking ahead to its vibrant future.  Located across from Waxhaw's historic bridge and train tracks, our interesting history does not stop at our doorstep, as we are in the first building to serve alcohol in Waxhaw.


Come see us and you'll find an extensive collection of hand-selected fine wines by the glass and bottle, a craft beer bottle-shop and taproom, and delicious dishes, from small plates to entrées. We take pride in treating every guest as a valued member of our family.
